Her reads consist of a wide variety of genres and she is drawn to writing styles that are challenging, provocative, and thoughtful. To her, the best literary experience is when the book is completed but the words and characters stay with you forever.
The Daughter's Reads
Trending, romance, and period pieces
Her reading background is mostly in the areas listed above, however she never says no to a book outside her usual realm. Daphne Du Maurier and Jane Austen being her favorite authors, she still experiments with various genres and topics.
The Mother's Teas
Herbal, fruity, and light
Her tea preferences tend to have a natural sweetness or contain fruit for slight natural flavoring. Depending on her mood she will indulge in a spicy tea, such as a chai spice. She also enjoys teas that embody a subtle and airy fresh smell to them.
The Daughter's Teas
Bold, fresh, and spicy
Her tea taste preferences veer towards more zesty and earthy tones, most commonly green or lemon teas. Oftentimes, she will use turmeric and ginger in her homemade teas. Lively and full flavors are her favorite!
